My apologies for the flurry of emails this week! We are in the thick of prep work for the upcoming summer, and while you can expect one more message soon regarding registration, this note is specifically about building our Rolling Valley Dolphin Coaching Staff.

We are officially opening the application process for our Assistant Coach and two Junior Coach positions for the summer season.

Deadline: All applications must be submitted NLT next Monday, March 9th.

⏱️ Interview & Availability Details

• Interviews: The Google Form includes specific time slots for the first round of interviews. If a candidate is unavailable during those times, please let us know so we can coordinate an alternative.
• Commitment: While requirements for both roles are similar, we are looking for coaches who can commit to the full 10-week summer swim sprint. We certainly understand the occasional absence for a family vacation, but consistency for our swimmers is key!

🐾 A Note on Pup Coaches

We know many of our younger leaders are eager to help with our "Pups" program. We will officially open applications for Pups Coach positions once we have finalized our selections for the Assistant and Junior Coaching roles.
