The Rolling Valley Dolphins Swim Team of Springfield, Virginia is part of the Rolling Valley Swim and Tennis Club (RVSTC). We have been a part of the Springfield community since 1970 and are in Division 14 of the Northern Virginia Swimming League. The team is comprised of swimmers ages 5 to 18 who compete against other area teams. Our team begins practicing after Memorial Day, with daily practices held at RVSTC. The swim season runs through the end of July, with twice-weekly meets. These meets bring families from Springfield as well as other communities throughout northern Virginia.

The Rolling Valley Dolphins is a summer recreational swim program that focuses on individual improvement and positive encouragement. Our mission is to provide training and competitive opportunities for swimmers of all abilities to reach their individual and team goals and to foster swimming as a fun, lifelong activity in a family-oriented environment. Our goal is to build outstanding, well-rounded athletes through team activities promoting personal achievement, social interaction, and team spirit.
