We are happy to share that Rolling Valley pool is officially back open! Practice will run today as normally scheduled at our home pool. We can’t wait to see everyone back in the water!

Here are a few quick but important reminders as we head into the week:

📋 1. Declare Your Swimmers

Please remember to declare your swimmers for the upcoming meet.

• ⏰ Deadline: Today by 5:00 PM
• Why it matters: Getting declarations in on time helps our coaches build the lineup smoothly!

🤝 2. Volunteer Spots Open (A Meet)

We still need a few hands on deck to make this weekend's A Meet a success. In particular, we need someone to bring the team canopy to keep our swimmers shaded.

• Please check the sign-up sheet and grab a spot if you can. We truly appreciate your support!

🤸 3. Flight Trampoline Park Outing

Don't forget to secure your spot for our team fun day!

• Please RSVP and prepay as soon as possible so we can get an accurate head count for Flight Trampoline Park.
