Tomorrow kicks off a huge weekend for the team! Please see the attached meet sheets for Saturday’s matchup, sorted both by event and by swimmer.

We have some very important schedule updates and reminders for both the Pep Rally and Saturday's meet—especially with the upcoming heat. Please read through carefully!

🍝 Friday Night Pep Rally: Pasta Dinner & Paint Wars!

To help our swimmers stay cool and get to bed early ahead of the heat, we are shifting the schedule to eat first.

• 5:00 PM – 5:15 PM: Food drop-off. If you are donating food, please bring it during this window. Pasta, sauce, and meatballs must be ready to eat and in a crockpot (or insulated container) to keep it warm.
• 5:30 PM: Pasta Dinner / Carbo-loading begins!
• After Dinner: Chalk the Walk & Paint Wars! 🎨

⚠️ Crucial Paint War Prep:

1. Each participant must wear a white or light-colored shirt.
2. Each participant must bring two disposable water bottles with squirt tops (these will be filled with liquid paint).
3. Clean-Up: Once paint wars end, swimmers will not be allowed back on the pool deck. Please bring rag towels, baby wipes, and a change of clothes to clean up your child before they get into your car!
4. Cross your fingers the rain holds off!

We are celebrating the 250th birthday of our country, so come decked out in your best patriotic gear! 

Because of the early 8:00 AM start, please note the adjusted timeline below:

• 6:00 AM – Morning Setup Crew arrives (Thank you, setup crew!)
• 6:45 AM – Swimmers and Marshals on deck
• 7:00 AM – 7:20 AM – Rolling Valley Warm-Ups
• 7:15 AM – All other Officials arrive
• 7:20 AM – 7:40 AM – Fox Mill Woods Warm-Ups
• 7:30 AM – Officials Briefings
• 7:55 AM – National Anthem
• 8:00 AM – Meet Starts!

🍓 Post-Meet Cool Down

After the final relay, let’s all meet up at South Block on Rolling and Old Keene Mill for a well-deserved, nice cool-down smoothie!
