Tomorrow kicks off an incredibly packed and exciting weekend for our team! Attached you will find the Meet Sheets by Event and by Swimmer, along with some crucial reminders and schedules for the next few days below.

🗓️ Friday, July 10th: Pictures, Skating, & Pep Rally

• 8:00 AM – Team Picture Day: Please arrive on deck by 8:00 AM sharp. Come dressed in your team suit and team shirt!
• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Roller Skating Outing: Join us at Skate Zone! Don’t forget to pre-buy your tickets and fill out your waivers online before arriving.
• 5:30 PM – Pep Rally: Come hungry for Walking Tacos! Please remember to bring your favorite individual bag of chips. We will also be running our highly anticipated Family Relays, so get ready to cheer!

🏊 Saturday, July 11th: Senior Day & Our Final Home Meet!

This is a massive meet. Not only is it Senior Day, but it’s our final home meet of the season and will likely determine the winner of the division! Let's bring the energy and show Sideburn Run what Dolphin pride is all about.

👵👴 Meet Theme: Dress Like a Senior Citizen! To honor and celebrate our incredible graduating seniors, this week's theme is "Dress Like a Senior Citizen." Break out the cardigans, reading glasses, and gray hair spray, and let's have some fun with it!

Saturday Timeline:

• 7:00 AM – Morning Setup Crew Arrives
• 7:00 AM – Rolling Valley Warmups
• 7:15 AM – All other Officials arrive
• 7:20 AM – Sideburn Run Warmups
• 7:30 AM – Officials Briefing
• 7:45 AM – Swimmers and Marshals on Deck
• 7:50 AM – Senior Recognition Ceremony 🎓
• 7:58 AM – National Anthem
• 8:00 AM – Meet Starts!

📣 Important Upcoming Deadlines

• Monday B-Meet Declarations: Don't forget to declare your swimmer for our final B-Meet on Monday. Sara and Katie will be opening the event on SwimTopia shortly.
• Volunteer Appreciation Night (July 15th): We want to celebrate YOU! Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can get an accurate head count for food and drinks.
