Hey Dolphin Families,

We are officially in the home stretch of the season! I know the emails are flying fast right now, but please take a quick look at these three important mid-week updates.

1. 🌮 Tonight: Parent Volunteer Happy Hour & Dinner

• What: Tacos & Beer to celebrate the absolute best volunteers in the league!
• The Fine Print: This is a parent-only event. We love our little Dolphins, but tonight is all about treating the adults who keep our deck running. See you there!

2. 🎬 Thursday, July 16th: Adjusted Practice Schedule (Team Movie Day!)

To make sure everyone can get wrapped up and head out for the team movie, we are condensing our practice blocks for Thursday morning only:

• 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: All 12 & Under swimmers
• 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: All 13 & Over swimmers
• Dolphin Pups: No Changes
• Movie Tickets & Transport: If you haven’t grabbed your tickets yet, you can pay on SwimTopia right here: Team Outing Order Form.
  • Need a ride? Contact Kerri.
  • Can you drive? Please sign up to help transport kids on the SwimTopia site!

3. 🔒 Progressive Dinner & Lock-In Volunteers Needed!

This is one of the absolute favorite events of the summer for our older swimmers, but we cannot pull it off safely without you. We still have a lot of open volunteer slots. Please check the site and sign up today to help make this night a massive success for the kids!

Looking Ahead: Keep an eye on your inbox over the next 24–48 hours. A major Divisional email is heading your way soon, quickly followed by our usual Saturday Meet Day logistics.

Thank you all so much for your incredible energy and support. Let's finish this season strong!

Go Dolphins! 🐬
