For all families currently participating in our winter swim endurance program, please mark your calendars for our upcoming breaks:

🎃 S'mores & Trunk-or-Treat: Saturday, October 24 at 5:00 PM

Join us next weekend in the club parking lot for our annual Halloween Trunk-or-Treat! We’ll have treats, s'mores provided by the club and team, and a Halloween dance party. Costumes are highly encouraged for kids and adults alike!

🦃 Pre-Thanksgiving Team Social & Fundraiser (Wednesday, November 25)

Mark your calendars for our annual night-before-Thanksgiving get-together on Wednesday, November 25th! We are bringing it back to keep everyone connected and support the team. We are currently scouting and securing the right local venue—if you have suggestions or connections, let us know! Venue announcement and details will follow soon.

🤝 Off-Season Event Coordinators Wanted

As we shared during our end-of-year parent meeting, we want to keep the Dolphin spirit and camaraderie thriving all year round. We are looking for parent volunteers to coordinate or host off-season activities, game nights, or family meetups. If you have an idea or would like to lead an activity, please reach out to us directly!

💼 2027 Sponsorship Drive: 10% Finder’s Fee

We are looking ahead to the 2027 summer swim season and expanding our community partnerships. For any family or team member who helps secure a new sponsor (a business or sponsor that was not in place for the 2026 season), the team is offering a 10% finder’s fee on the total sponsorship package! More detailed tiers and sponsorship packets will be shared in the coming weeks, but if you have prospective leads or questions now, shoot us an email.

🌟 Dolphin Accolades & Brags

We want to celebrate all our swimmers' achievements—whether athletic, academic, musical, scouting, or community service! We didn’t get many submissions last time, but our news blasts are much more fun when we can shine a spotlight on our kids' accomplishments. If your Dolphin has hit a milestone or achieved something exciting, send it our way so we can feature them in our next blast!
